These Terms of Service govern your use of the MASMA Limited website and engagement with our supervision services.
Services
MASMA Limited provides project supervision, land verification, construction oversight, procurement support, property management, and related services in Sierra Leone. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely responses to inquiries, and payment per agreed terms. MASMA relies on information provided by clients and third parties when conducting verification and supervision.
Limitations
MASMA provides professional supervision and reporting services. We do not guarantee specific project outcomes, contractor performance, or regulatory approvals. Our reports represent findings at the time of inspection based on available information.
Intellectual Property
Reports, photos, videos, and documentation produced by MASMA remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which clients receive a license to use deliverables for their project purposes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
